This series of standing pilates exercise videos is from the Parkinson's Society BC. The series includes 4 guided pilates videos that start from a standing position and progresses to exercises performed on the floor. Equipment needed: a mat or soft surface (optional).

This series of seated pilates exercise videos is from the Parkinson's Society BC. The series includes 4 guided pilates videos that are modified to be done on the bed for lower impact on the body. Equipment needed: a bed, pillows, long towel/scarf.
